WELLSPACE este un program creativ de șase sesiuni, dedicat stării de bine, în cadrul căruia tinerii explorează diferite dimensiuni ale bunăstării prin creativitate, mișcare, schimb cultural și reflecție. Fiecare sesiune se concentrează pe o temă specifică — Curaj, Răbdare, Conștientizare, Identitate, Conexiune și Scop — ajutând participanții să își dezvolte noi abilități, să se exprime liber, să construiască relații semnificative și să crească împreună. Călătoria se încheie cu WELLEBRATION, o expoziție publică ce celebrează creațiile participanților, evoluția lor personală și comunitatea pe care au construit-o pe parcursul programului.

WELLSPACE is designed for young people looking for more meaningful ways to spend their time, build genuine connections and grow through shared experiences. In a fast-paced world shaped by constant information and digital communication, many lack accessible spaces where they can slow down, express themselves creatively and connect with others in an environment where participation matters more than performance. WELLSPACE responds by creating an inclusive community journey where creativity becomes a shared language for self-expression, intercultural dialogue and belonging. Through shared experiences, participants discover new perspectives, build confidence, develop lasting relationships and leave with a stronger sense of belonging that extends beyond the programme.

WELLSPACE helps young people slow down, reconnect with themselves and build meaningful relationships. Participants gain confidence, creativity, self-awareness and new skills while discovering creativity as a tool for expression and growth. Through conversations, reflections and shared activities, participants exchange experiences, discuss goals and challenges, and learn from different perspectives. The project creates a welcoming environment where people can communicate openly, create together and feel a sense of belonging. Vision Board continues supporting personal development after the programme by helping transform dreams into goals. The Passport preserves their journey, while connections created during WELLSPACE can continue through the community after the project. Participants leave not only with creations, but with inspiration, memories and stronger connections.

WELLSPACE consists of six connected sessions where each meeting explores a different dimension of well-being through creativity, movement, cultural exchange and reflection. Participants paint with coffee to discover that creativity begins where perfection ends, create 3D quilling flowers that encourage patience and mindful focus, explore body awareness through guided movement and improvisation, and transform ordinary mirrors into personal works of art using yarn, colours and different textures. They also create a Vision Board that helps turn aspirations into future goals. Throughout the programme, guided conversations and reflection activities encourage participants to exchange perspectives, build meaningful relationships and learn from one another. The journey concludes with WELLEBRATION, a public exhibition celebrating participants’ creations, personal growth and the community they built together.

The Poject will be promoted as a visual story of creativity, connection and personal growth. Through social media, photos, videos and participant stories, we will show the journey from the first Boarding Pass to the final WELLEBRATION. The project identity will be built around the WELLSPACE Passport, Boarding Pass, WELLBOARD and participants’ creations, showing not only the activities, but also the emotions and community behind them. During the programme, we will share authentic moments of creativity, conversations and collaboration. The final exhibition will invite the wider community ( international community, pasrticipants` families, friends ) to discover participants’ stories and achievements. By showing real experiences and the transformation created through WELLSPACE, we will inspire more young people to create, connect and participate.
